$100 minimum in the Vail Valley.

Basic delivery starts at $28-$45.

Premium locations:
$300 minimum
East Vail, Cordillera, Lake Creek, Mountain Star, Bellyache- $4 per mile

Eagle & Gypsum:
$500 minimum
$4 per mile (round trip)
Limited delivery availability

Delivery fees may increase based on order size, multiple trips, difficult access, stairs, valet fees, wait times, or venue restrictions.

Installation

All orders are made to order and available for pick-up or delivery.

On-site installations are limited and require:

$1,000 minimum order
$4 per mile delivery fee (round trip)
30% installation fee

Standard menu items arrive assembled and ready to enjoy.

Outdoor Notice

Shade and structural support are required.

Wind is a major factor. Balloons can act like sails, even in light breeze.

Sun, heat, altitude, and weather may cause popping, oxidation, fading, or movement.

Not all orders qualify for outdoor setup.

I do not accept all outdoor requests due to safety and liability considerations.

No weather-related refunds.

Balloon Policy

No third-party balloons.

I do not inflate or install Amazon kits or balloons purchased elsewhere.

This ensures quality, consistency, and longevity.

All pricing is based on indoor setups. Outdoor installations require upgraded bases, which typically add $25–$50.
